1. About PixelParty
 

PixelParty® allows users to create digital event galleries and invite guests to upload photos, videos, and messages using a QR code or event link.

 

We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve the Service.

We will never sell your data and we do not use your uploaded photos for marketing without your explicit permission.

The terms used in this Policy have the same meaning as those in our Terms of Service, unless stated otherwise.

2. Native Applications

PixelParty may also be downloaded as a Native or Progressive Web Application through The Google Play Console and or your Browsers PWA Installer. We may require certain permissions from your device in order to provide the service and usability within the application these permissions as are follows:

  • READ_MEDIA_VIDEO

  • READ_MEDIA_IMAGES

  • READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

  • WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

  • INTERNET

  • CAMERA

3. Types of Personal Data Collected

For a better experience, while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Name, Email, IP Address, Device Identifier, Location data, Username, Photos. The information that I request will be retained on your device and or Firebase Servers you have the right to access or alter this data at anytime. The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

4. Log data

I want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory. This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. 10. Uploaded Content

All Content uploaded to PixelParty is your sole property and PixelParty do not have any rights to use this unless specifically set out in other terms. We are a storage broker for the images. You can download, delete and or use in any capacity.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

Your Personal data will be held for as long as necessary to provide the services needed by the application as long as you hold an account this data will remain. Photo's, Videos and or any other media used by the app will be help upto a limit of 3 Months. To request a copy of your data or to make a data deletion requests please submit your enquiry to [email protected]

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. This policy is effective as of 2024-03-11
