Overview
PixelParty allows event hosts to export their entire event album as a single ZIP file. This makes it easy to download, back up, or store all event photos in one place after your event has finished.
The export includes all photos uploaded by guests as well as any photos you’ve uploaded yourself.
How to export your event album
To export your PixelParty album:
- Log in to your PixelParty account by visiting
- 👉 https://app.pixelparty.site
- Navigate to the event album you would like to download.
- On the event page, locate the Export button in the top-right corner, next to the Favourites button.
- Click Export to begin generating your download.
Once started, the export will download automatically as a ZIP file.
Download time and file size
The time it takes to download your album depends on:
- The number of photos in your gallery
- The total file size
- Your internet connection speed
Larger albums may take a few minutes to prepare and download.
What’s included in the ZIP file
Your exported ZIP file contains:
- All guest-uploaded photos
- Any photos uploaded by the event host
- Files organised into folders for easier browsing
Photos are included in their original quality to ensure nothing is lost during export.
