Overview
PixelParty allows event hosts to customise their event page by updating the background image. Changing the background helps personalise your event and control how it appears to guests when they scan the QR code or open the event link.
Updating your event background can be done at any time from the event edit page.
How to change your event background image
To update the background image for your PixelParty event, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account
- Visit https://app.pixelparty.site
- and log in using the email associated with your event.
- Select your event
- From your dashboard, select the event you would like to update. This will open the Edit Event page.
- Locate the background image controls
- At the top of the page, you’ll see a preview of your event as it appears on a mobile device. To the right of this preview are two buttons:
- The pencil icon, which is used to change the event theme colour
- The image icon, which is used to change the event background
- Select the image icon to continue.
- Upload a new image
- Choose the image you would like to use as your new event background. The image will be uploaded and applied to the preview.
- Save your changes
- Click Save to apply the new background image to your event page.
After updating your background
Once saved, your event page will immediately display the new background image. Guests who access your event via the QR code or event link will see the updated design.
