Downloading and Saving Your Event QR Code

Overview

Your event QR code is what guests use to access your PixelParty gallery and upload photos. Once your event is created, the QR code can be downloaded and saved to your device so it can be printed, shared digitally, or added to signage and templates.

The steps to download and save your QR code may vary slightly depending on the device you are using.

Downloading your QR code on desktop

When accessing PixelParty on a desktop or laptop computer:

1. Click the Download QR Code button from your event page.
2. Your browser will begin downloading the file.
3. Depending on your browser settings, you may be asked where to save the file. Choose a location such as your Downloads folder or Desktop.
4. Once saved, open the file to view or use your QR code.

You can now print the QR code or share it digitally with guests.

Downloading your QR code on Android

When downloading your QR code on an Android device:

1. Tap the Download QR Code button on your event page.
2. The file is usually saved automatically to your Downloads folder or Photos app.
3. If you can’t find it in Photos, open your Files or File Manager app.
4. Navigate to the Downloads folder to locate your QR code.

Once found, the QR code can be shared, printed, or added to event materials.

Downloading your QR code on iPhone or iPad

On iOS devices, QR codes are typically saved to the Files app:

1. Tap the Download QR Code button.
2. Open the Files app on your device.
3. Go to Browse → On My iPhone / iPad → Downloads.
4. Your QR code file should appear there.

In some cases, iOS may also save the image directly to the Photos app, so it’s worth checking there as well.
