Welcome to PixelParty! These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the PixelParty website and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

PixelParty allows users to sign up, create events, and generate custom URLs for guests to access and upload photos. By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms.
 

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for their use of the Service and must adhere to the following guidelines:

• No nudity: Users must not upload or share any content containing nudity.

• Compliance with Terms: Users must comply with these Terms and any applicable laws or regulations.
   

4. Limitation of Liability

PixelParty is not responsible or liable for any loss of photos or information, or for information not being saved or retained. Users agree to use the Service at their own risk.
 

5. Dispute Resolution

7. Refunds

PixelParty is a digital product. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge the product has been accessed and delivered.

If you choose not to use PixelParty at your event, we offer a 50% refund of your package cost. This partial refund covers the administrative and storage costs incurred in creating your digital album.

Cancellation or Refund Requests:

• Within 24 hours of purchase: You are eligible for a full refund.

• After 24 hours: A 20% cancellation fee applies, meaning you will receive 80% of your package cost back.

• If your event is within the next 3 months: Only 50% of your payment is refundable due to preparation and resource allocation.

Once the event has taken place and the product has been used, no refunds are available.
