Welcome to PixelParty! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PixelParty website and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using PixelParty, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

PixelParty allows users to create digital event galleries, share custom QR codes or URLs, and invite guests to upload and view photos. All use of the Service is subject to these Terms.

2. User Responsibilities

By using PixelParty, you agree to:

Use the Service only for lawful purposes
Do not upload or share content that contains nudity or violates any laws or community standards
Respect the privacy and rights of others when uploading and sharing content
Be solely responsible for the content you or your guests upload to your event gallery

3. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant PixelParty a limited license to store, display, and deliver that content as needed to provide the Service.
We will never sell your content or use it for marketing without your permission.

3.1. Image and Content Guidelines

To maintain a respectful and inclusive environment, PixelParty automatically scans uploaded content for potential violations of our guidelines. You and your guests agree not to upload content that contains:

- Nudity, sexually explicit material, or suggestive imagery
- Hate speech, discriminatory symbols, or offensive gestures
- Violence, threats, or graphic content
- Harassment, bullying, or personal attacks
- Spam, misleading content, or unauthorized commercial material

Any flagged content will be reviewed by our moderation team. If a violation is confirmed, the content may be removed without notice. In most cases, only the flagged image will be removed. However, repeated or severe violations may result in further action, including removal of the event or account suspension.

We understand that some content may be uploaded by guests and not directly by the host. If you believe content has been flagged in error, it will be reviewed and resolved fairly.

4. Privacy and Data

Use of PixelParty is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and protect your data, including photos, device IDs, and event activity.

5. Access and Availability

Galleries are accessible for 12 months from your selected event date
Guests can upload for 6 months from the event date
You may close your gallery early at any time from your dashboard

6. Downloading Content

Hosts can export their full album (photos and videos) in a ZIP file via the host dashboard. This can be done at any time during the 12-month access period.

7. Termination

PixelParty reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior deemed abusive, illegal, or harmful to others.

8. Limitation of Liability

PixelParty is provided “as is.” While we work hard to provide a reliable service, we are not liable for:

Loss of uploaded content
Failed downloads
Interruption of service
Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service
Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Refund Policy

PixelParty is a digital service. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your event gallery has been set up and made available.

Refund Eligibility:

Within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund
After 24 hours: 80% refund (a 20% admin fee applies)
If your event is within 3 months: 50% refund due to preparation and storage costs
After the event date or once the gallery has been accessed/used: No refunds available

10. Dispute Resolution
