GUESTPIX
Australian, established, with press coverage and 180+ editable Canva sign templates. Unlimited guests on every package. Their entry package states a 3 month upload window with 12 month hosting.
Wedibox
States the first 50 uploads are included, which is the most generous free tier here. Adds RSVP and a seating chart, and lets guests like and comment on photos.
Kululu
Established, with separate products for birthdays, parties, conferences and corporate events as well as weddings, plus a digital guestbook sold separately.
Never Miss Moments
Closing on 31 October 2026 and will stop hosting galleries. Not a choice for a wedding after that date, and existing customers should download their photos.
Google Photos and WhatsApp
Free and familiar. Both ask guests for an account on a platform, and WhatsApp compresses heavily, so what you keep is smaller than what was taken.

How to compare them yourself

- Count the steps a guest takes From pointing a camera to the upload finishing. Every install, account or password loses a share of your guests.
- Check the upload window, not just the hosting Some providers host for twelve months but only accept uploads for three. Those are different numbers and only one of them matters on the day.
- Check the export Full resolution, unlimited, whenever you like. If the export is capped or compressed, the photographs are not really yours.
- Look for a registered company Not a brand name. A company you can find on a public register, with a number and an address.
- Send a question before you buy Time the reply. It is the most useful five minutes you will spend on this decision.
A note on bias
Why this page names what everyone is best at
A comparison page written by one of the products in it is not neutral, and pretending otherwise insults the reader. So the table above says plainly that Wedibox has the more generous free tier and that GUESTPIX bundles things we do not.
That is not modesty. It is that a table where one product wins every category is read as an advertisement, and treated as one.
The useful question is not which service is best. It is which one is best for the wedding you are actually having, with the guest list you actually have.
If the answer is somebody else, use them. A couple who buys the wrong product on our recommendation is a refund and a bad review, and they were right to be annoyed.
