Corporate event

Corporate event photo sharing

Conferences, away days, awards nights and launches produce hundreds of photographs that never reach the people who need them. A QR code on the badge, the slide or the table puts them in one gallery, without asking anybody to install software on a work phone.

How it works

1

Create the event

Name it, pick a date, choose a look. Your QR code and link are ready straight away.

2

Print the code

Table cards, a sign by the door, or send the link in the group chat.

3

Guests scan and upload

Browser opens, first name, photos and videos. Nothing installed.

4

Everything in one place

Watch it arrive live, put it on a screen, and download the lot afterwards.

The real thing

What your guests see

Three screens from a live PixelParty event.

The PixelParty guest page on a phone, showing a wedding cover photo and a Share Your Moments button

1. Scan the code

Your event opens in the browser already on their phone. Nothing to install.

The PixelParty upload menu showing Upload Photos, Disposable Camera and Leave a Voicemail

2. Choose what to share

Photos and video from the camera roll, the disposable camera, or a voice message.

3. It lands in your gallery

Everything in one place, with reactions, albums and full-resolution downloads.

Why it works at a corporate event

Nothing installed on a work phone

The objection that kills most event apps. A browser page has no IT policy to argue with.

Moderation if you need it

Turn on approval and nothing appears in the gallery or on the screen until somebody has seen it.

Unlimited attendees

On the Plus plan, with unlimited co-hosts so the whole events team can manage it.

Put it on the screen

The live slideshow between sessions, or on a monitor by the registration desk.

Full-resolution exports

For the marketing team afterwards, at the size they were taken rather than a compressed copy.

One code per event

Print it on badges, lanyards, table cards and the holding slide. They all open the same gallery.

Signage

Where to put the code

The rule is the same at every event: put it where guests naturally stop, sit or look.

Where people stop

A queue, a table, a doorway. Anywhere somebody is standing still with a phone in their hand is where a code gets scanned.

On every table

The highest performing placement at any event. People sit there for hours and read whatever is in front of them.

Near the food and drink

Free attention. Nobody queuing at a bar is doing anything else.

On the screen

If there is a projector or a TV, put the code on a holding slide between everything else.

Print it big enough

Two inches across is the minimum that scans reliably in low light. Keep the contrast strong and never print it over a dark photograph.

Say what it does

“Scan to share your photos” beats a name. People scan when they already know what is on the other side.

Compared with the usual alternatives

All of them collect something. They differ in how many people finish and what quality you keep.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How do attendees share photos at a corporate event?

They scan a QR code with their phone camera. The gallery opens in the browser, they enter a name and upload. There is nothing to install, which matters when half the room is on a managed work phone.

Can we approve photos before they appear?

Yes. With approval on, nothing reaches the gallery or the live slideshow until a host has reviewed it.

Can several people manage the event?

Yes. One co-host on Classic and unlimited co-hosts on Plus.

Can we download everything for marketing?

Yes, unlimited and at full resolution, as many times as you like while the gallery is open.
