- How long guests can upload for Not just how long the gallery is hosted. Some providers quote twelve months of hosting and three months of uploads, which are very different numbers and only one of them matters on the day.
- Whether guests need an account Every account, install or password between a guest and an upload loses a share of them, and the ones you lose are the ones who never tell you.
- Whether video is included or capped Video is where most services quietly cap or charge. At an event it is usually the best material you get.
